What is Essentrics?
It's a dynamic, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening, while engaging all 650 muscles. Through standing and floor work, this class will increase your flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and and pain-free body.
Essentrics is good for . . .
It unlocks and decompresses your joints by stretching and strengthening the muscles that surround each one, while also lubricating and working the connective tissue. This unique, re-aligning and re-balancing approach is the key to a healthy, energetic, long lasting and painfree body.

There are proven benefits to singing, such as improved balance, posture, breathing, memory and increased stamina.
The group performs at various senior centres, nursing homes, hospital settings and senior residences 10 to 12 times per year. Choir is for everyone!
